Tie outs (ONLY after stalls are sold out) - $35 for the weekend/trailer
Draw out date for an 80% refund on entry fees - 10/23/2023 11:59 am - no questions asked - no refunds on RV/stalls - after this no refunds will be given!
Selling entries/stalls - selling stalls will be handled between contestants. Changes must be made at the office using the change form.

Show information:
​
*Fees are per day. The entry fee PER DAY is $102. 40% goes to day pay, and 60% to the Contender round. $2 got to SGP. Payback is 80% of entry fee.
​
*40% of each open entry per day goes to day pay = $32 per day per contestant paid out for day pay. There will be a payout Friday and Saturday for day pay.
*60% of each entry per day goes to the contender round pay - $48 per day per contestant for the contender round pay.
​
*The top 15 from each division through the 5D Friday and Saturday will go to the $5000 added Contender on Sunday.
​
The Top 3 from each of the 5D divisions in the Buy back round will advance to the $5000 added Contender on Sunday. $76 EF - 100% payback.
​
*Each rider/horse pair can only qualify once. If the pair qualifies on Friday and falls in the top 15 in any division again on Saturday, they will be removed and the qualifier will drop down to the next person on the list.
​
*MUST enter each rider/horse pair Friday and Saturday to qualify for the Contender.
​
*Youth and Open class Friday and Saturday will be drawn together.
​
*Youth may run youth class only, but MUST carry over to open to be in that class.
​
*3D Peewee/3D Youth/3D Adult/3D Senior/5D Open Averages are based off of the Friday/Saturday runs. The times from each day will be added together, and (1) second added to determine the later divisions. You must opt into the average side pots to be eligible. Buckles and awards will be awarded to the 3D/5D champions of each average.
​
*Awards will be given to the top 3 in each division for the Contender. You must pick up your awards, or have someone to pick up for you. We will not ship!
